• All Costa pasta is made from 100% Enriched Durum Semolina. Durum wheat is a hard wheat.

• Costa pasta is 100% all natural. We do not use any artificial additives or coloring.

• Our rainbow pastas are created by adding natural ingredients:

• Dry Spinach powder for Green

• Dry Tomato powder for Red

• Dehydrated Squid Ink for Blue

• Costa is certified to produce organic pastas. All of our pasta items can be produced in organic form.

• There is some seasonality in pasta:

• Specialty pastas in the Spring

• Salad pastas in the Summer

• Long Pastas in the Winter
