STORAGE AND HANDLING PASTA
Costa pasta should be stored in a dry place.
Keep away from sources of moisture and humid areas.
The ideal temperature for storing pasta is between 40F to 75F.
Do not ship or store pasta in a refrigerator or freezer.
Store in a location where temperatures remain stable
Handle carefully to prevent breakage due to excessive shaking.
Do not over-stack cases in order to prevent crushing.
It is recommended that dry pasta be used within one year of the date
of production.
