Description

Uniquely shaped, medium length, thin spiral noodles with a tiny hollow in the center. They are made with 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Can be served with cream-based, tomato-based or oil-based sauces with small protein – either meat or seafood – as well as vegetables; very versatile.
