Shell-like shaped small pasta with tiny ridges. This is our closest match to the Italian “pipette” shape. It is made with 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Perfect shape for mac and cheese or a cold pasta salad application. Can also be used in soups.
