Description

Depending on the geography, the Ziti cut can be used as a term for both ziti and penne. Our ziti is a long, tubular shape – slightly longer than our penne collection – with a smooth exterior. Made with our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana‘s Golden Triangle.

Application

Slightly larger than Penne, this round shaped pasta that is cut into a short shape, usually with a smooth outer texture, is the king of baked pasta dishes.
