Description

The heavy wall ridged elbow is a curved and twisted ridged surface pasta made from our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle. This product resembles 1/3 of a cavatappi shape. An in-house favorite for mac and cheese!

Application

Named for its twisted tubular shape known for pairing with smooth creamy cheese based sauces. Easy to eat, and works in both cold and hot applications.
