Description

The whole grain small elbow is a curved smooth surface pasta made from 49% freshly-milled durum semolina and 51% whole grain flour from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Named for its twisted tubular shape known for pairing with smooth creamy cheese based sauces. Easy to eat, and works in both cold and hot applications.
