The smallest of our elbows. This is a curved smooth surface pasta made from our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Named for its twisted tubular shape known for pairing with smooth creamy cheese based sauces. Easy to eat, and works in both cold and hot applications.
