Our larger of the bow tie shapes, pinched in the middle with the customary pointy edges. Made with 100% freshly-milled semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Tomato-cream sauce with chicken, roasted peppers, parmesan cheese, and peas makes a wonderful meal with our Bowties. Goes well with almost any sauce.
