Description

Our larger of the bow tie shapes, pinched in the middle with the customary pointy edges. Made with 100% freshly-milled semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle and tomato and spinach powder.

Application

This cut goes very well in cream-based sauces and in cold pasta applications. The tri-color component offers a colorful aesthetic.
