Our 1" pieces of lasagna called Cut Mafalda are tiny bite sizes piece of our 20" mafalda. Made with 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Created to make “lasagna cups,” these beautiful 1" pieces with rippled edges make a great addition to your menu for hot or cold applications.
