Description

Tube-shaped pasta made slightly larger than our Ditalini. It is made with 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Ideal for Pasta e Fagiloli soup, cold pasta salads or what is called in Italian, “insalata di pasta.”
