Description

The classic, iconic tubular penne rigate made with a slightly heavier wall. Made from 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle. Longer cook time but also offers longer shelf-life in precooked state.

Application

Derived from the Italian word for “feather” or “pen,” these short cylindrical shaped noodles are one of the most popular shapes today. They work with any sauce as well as baked applications.
