The classic, iconic tubular penne rigate. Made from 49% freshly-milled durum semolina and 51% whole grain flour from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Derived from the Italian word for “feather” or “pen,” these short cylindrical shaped noodles are one of the most popular shapes today. They work with any sauce as well as baked applications.
