Arguably our most unique shape, our Radiatore is just like it sounds: tiny pillows of radiator shaped pasta perfect for holding cheese and cream. Made with 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

A small squat shape that resembles a radiator shape. Works well with thicker sauces but also used in salads, soups and casseroles.
