Description

Our tri-color rotelle is a spinoff of the classic Rotini shape offering a wider and shorter look. Made from 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle with spinach and tomato powders added.

Application

A wider, shorter version of Rotini with fewer curls. Great for hot and cold applications.

Product made from 98.5% durum semolina, 0.9% Tomato Powder, and 0.6% Spinach Powder
