Description

Our tri-color rotini is a classic spiral shaped short pasta made from 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle with spinach and tomato powders added.

Application

Fusilli resemble short, corkscrew spirals. This versatile shape is well suited for holding heavy sauces, as well as for use in soups, salads, casseroles and more.

Product made from 98.5% durum semolina, 0.9% Tomato Powder, and 0.6% Spinach Powder
