10" long, round noodle – the classic pasta shape. Made with 49% freshly-milled durum semolina and 51% whole grain flour from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

This powerhouse shape works with all types of applications: restaurants, catering, hotels, etc. Works equally well with oil based, tomato based and cream sauces.
