Description

10" long, round noodle, the younger sibling to our regular 10" spaghetti. Slightly smaller in width but operates the same. Made from our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Best known for paring with tomato sauce and meatballs. This shape is very versatile and works well with a thin or chunky sauce.
