Description

10" long, round noodle, close in size to our regular 10" spaghetti. Slightly smaller in width but operates the same. Made from our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Thinner than spaghetti, this wonderful shape works well with thin to medium sauces for pasta dishes and soups.
